Use of the site
The site presents the work, catalogue, journal (blog) and courses area of José Cobos. The content is informational and must be used lawfully and respectfully.
Work, catalogue and commissions
Catalogue images, prices and descriptions are indicative and may change without notice. They do not constitute a binding offer.
Acquisitions and commissions are arranged directly with the studio based on your request; each piece is confirmed in writing before any commitment.
Accounts
If you create an account, you must provide accurate information and are responsible for keeping your password confidential. We may suspend accounts in case of misuse.
Courses and materials
Course access is personal and non-transferable and is granted per your enrollment. Copying, sharing or redistributing course videos, PDFs or other materials is not allowed.
Intellectual property
All works, images, texts and content on the site are the property of José Cobos and protected by copyright. Reproduction or use without written permission is not allowed.
Content you submit
You are responsible for the information you submit (inquiries, commission details). You must not submit unlawful content or content that infringes third-party rights.
Payments
The site does not process online payments. Acquisitions, commissions or courses are paid through the means agreed directly with the studio.
Liability
The site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, the studio is not liable for damages arising from the use of the site or from service interruptions.
